The machinery consists of:

• 4 torch flame cutter Messer Griesheim Corta P4000 with numerical control about the length of the work table 12 m x 3 m, which allows to cut elements from 5mm to  250mm thick
• 3 torch flame cutter  Messer Griesheim Statosec KSP 4000 CNC with numerical control about the length of the work table 6m x 2,5m, , which allows to cut elements from 5mm to  250mm thick
• plasma flame cutter Hypertherm HT 2000 LHF  with numerical control about the length of the work table  6m x 2,5m, which allows to cut elements from 0,5mm to  45mm thick
• milling machine  numerically controlled with the rotary head which is turned hydraulic- mechanical ( the angle of rotation to 90˚), the range of cutting: length  – 3m, width – 1,4 m, height  – 1,4 m; programs made in Poland,
• milling machine manually controlled the range of cutting: length – 4m, width – 1m,  height 1,3m,
• modern welding sets Cloos i Ozas adapted to weld in technologies MIG/MAG,
• the welding stands equipped with davits which are helpful in assembling the construction with  the hoisting capacity 500kg each,
• the fork trucks : VALMET with  the hoisting capacity 16T, HERKULES with  the hoisting capacity  15T and CLARK with  the hoisting capacity 4T,
• the hydraulic press with max tonnage of press 250 ton  and the length of the work table 2m, which makes bending of the 15mm thick elements possible,
• the hydraulic press with tonnage of press 160 ton used to strengthen beams,
• the cranes  with the total the hoisting capacity  23 ton   (10T, 8T, 5T), with the reach  of the whole production house,
• the band sawing machine and the bench drill,

In our store-room the level of steel sheets 1000 ton is kept  constantly. The steel sheet are in the range of: thickness from 10mm to 150mm class  S235JRG2  according to EN 10027-1 standards.
